The past couple of weeks have been extremely amazing, encouraging and motivating to me as an athlete, business owner, and writer! I have been able to spend time with my fans of all ages even if for a brief moment during the book signings. @Margaret not hating, never will I do that,but his book has some questional things about the sisters such as calling serena ungreatful about certain situations and saying Venus should know better about the outfit she wore to the french open and well I wont say everything but will say that its not cool plain and simple. yes write your book heck I am writing a book but its not my style to bash others just so it can become the next best juicy thing and sell. No that I disagree with.That's my point and I am sticking with it.

Thanks Jackie yes I do support them and Venus just is amazing. they both are. Now yes McEnroe has said amazing things about them but also some not so amazing things.I feel you dont have to down another in your profession to make your book sells go up. Ok so the sisters have had their share of ups and downs and have done things some may or may not have approved of but you know what they have shared their talents with us. Venus championed for womens tennis to be just as equal as the men in terms of prize money. both have done great things for tennis but still are being talked about and they are the best tennis players in america and when they are gone then who will step up to the plate? Simply yes I myself feel that if your going to write a book cool, but to diss anyone in it is not cool. Dont even like it when agassi did it to sampras.

Heyheyhey....lets be fair to Patrick McEnroe...the man has had nothing but great things to say about the William Sisters...both John and Patrick...don't hate on him because he has always been a supporter of Vee and Ree!
On the other note....Congratulations Venus on the success of the book! Love that you are getting a chance to meet your fans all over...there are ALOT of people out there rooting for you to win and win big! You just dont know how proud I always am of you on and off the court. I root for both you and Serena but at the beginning of every tournament I am your biggest fan in the world. I have missed work and all to watch your matches and take the rest of the day off to either celebrate or be soooooooooo depressed. Hey K,don't put my Serebaby out of the US OPEN,she's just hurt and can't play the series but she is shooting for her 3rd grand slam title,I love Venus very much and will be content if she wins the US OPEN but let Serena play too so if Venus misses we still get a Williams fighting,Serena is just out for 3 tournaments,hopefully before August 31st she'll be all right...

V good luck with the book it seems to be doing well but let's get to tennis now with Serena out for the US Open I hope u can get a tiger behind you and win this thing. In fact that will a good outfit for you to design for the US OPEN something with leopard. an exhibition with kids in the park. You had a book signing and you were most gracious to autograph your book for me. I am 80 years old and have been a tennis fan for many year. Venus I just saw you on the Tavis Smiley show. As always, you're such a delight to watch. There's such a calmness in your voice; and I could listen to you speak all day. I've heard it before; and again tonight that you designed the set of the Tavis Smiley Show which is a great! As discussed I love your Tide commerical; and Tide really is my favorite detergent-and commerical. In fact I have to wash clothes tomorrow-with Tide. Congratulations on the success of your book. I haven't purchased it yet, but I will this week. I hope to meet you in person at the US Open so you can autograph it for me; and who knows, maybe we can hang out after the US Open.
