Since becoming a raw vegan I’ve discovered some amazing new places to eat. I still like to hit my old favorites, though.
Christopher’s Kitchen in Palm Beach Garden: I can’t believe I have a raw vegan restaurant so close to where I live. And the food is great. I’ll take non-vegans there and they love it.
Sugar Cane in Miami: They have a little bit of everything. They have sushi (which I’ll still eat on a rare occasion,) they have robata, oysters and shellfish , and small plates. You can even get a whole chicken.
Barton G’s in Miami: This place is all about the presentation. The food is good, but the show is unbelievable. A friend of mine ordered a steak and it came with a fork that was about two feet long. When you order a funnel cake it comes with a mini carnival that includes a shooting gallery. If you haven’t been, you have to go at least once.
France-Soir in Melbourne: I eat here every year during the Australian Open. This is classic French bistro food. Even though you’re in the Southern hemisphere, it feels like you’ve been transported to Paris.
